Welcome to the visitor flight bookings for Trent Valley Gliding Club. You have chosen a 3:00 pm slot, if you would like a different time, please return to Book an Experience.
- Please confirm/check the date of your 3:00 pm slot from the calendar below (‘Select Event Date’).
- Next, choose the type of experience from the Ticket Types, you can check this on the email you received with your voucher code
- Finally, after ticking the ‘I agree with the terms & conditions’ box, click ‘Register This Event’ and complete the registration form using your voucher code.
Once you have booked your slot, please arrive at the airfield (DN21 4GG) in good time, at least 20 minutes prior. If your flight has to be cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, we will contact you, giving as much notice as we are able. If this is the case, please book another suitable slot by following this same procedure.

48HR BOOKING CUT OFF: to ensure we can allocate an instructor and glider for you, the system will automatically close booking slots 48 hours beforehand. There are slots available most weekends and Wednesdays, on the booking calendar, just hover over the date/time and the slot is free if it states ‘1 Seat Available’.
‘INTRODUCTION TO GLIDING DAY’: if you have a voucher for this experience and would like to book it, please contact us as we’re unable to take bookings for it here.
