Welcome to the visitor flight bookings for Trent Valley Gliding Club. You have chosen a 10:30 am slot, if you would like a different time, please return to Book and Experience.

1. Please confirm the date of your 10:30 am slot from the dropdown calendar below
2. Next, choose the type of experience from the Ticket Types, you can check this on the email you received with your voucher code (if applicable)
3. Finally, click ‘Register This Event’ and complete the registration form using your voucher code/details.

Once you have booked your slot, please arrive at the airfield (DN21 4GG) in good time. If your flight has to be cancelled due to weather or operational reasons, we will contact you, giving as much notice as we are able. If this is the case, you should book another suitable/available slot.

48HR BOOKING CUT OFF: to ensure we can allocate an instructor for you, please allow 48 hours before your chosen booking date. Booking slots will close 48 hours before the event.
